HOW ARE SHIPPING FEES CALCULATED?

Couriers, including DHL, calculate their shipping fees based on the weight and dimensions of a shipment. The shipping fee will be indicated in your quote.

IS STORAGE FREE?

Clients get 30 days of free storage for each package we store for them. After 30 days, we charge £1 per package per day.

HOW DO YOU PROTECT THE PRIVACY OF CLIENTS?

The privacy of our clients is very important to us. Apart from email, phone, text and BBM, we offer the most secure and private ways to communicate through the Signal and Telegram Apps. In this way, we can handle the whole transaction securely without the client having to disclose information that they don’t want to disclose.

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?

The process is simple:

(1) Client sends us details about the items they want us to buy using the Order Form on the ORDER NOW page.

(2) We confirm that the items are available for purchase with the retailer.

(3) We send a quote to the client which will include the cost of the items, DHL shipping fee and our service fee. Our Bitcoin address and multi-currency bank account details will be included in the quote.

(4) After receiving payment from client via Bitcoin or bank transfer; we will purchase the items, prepare all necessary customs documentation and ship the items to the address provided by the client.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments in Bitcoin and in all major currencies.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to over 200 countries and territories using DHL.

HOW DO I KNOW I WILL GET MY ITEMS?

For clients who request a sales contract, we will provide a legally binding document ensuring delivery of items. All contracts and our client’s information are kept strictly confidential. We also provide DHL tracking numbers for all shipments so that clients can track their items in transit.
